That is exactly how it's been planned to be. It doesn't matter who it was or is that wins the lottery like Musk.
Mr. Musk is a celebrity. Designed and curated to effect what was planned before the founding of NASA.
Just be greatful for Nova, PBS and some better university courses and the doled out and carefully curated and censored pics from JPL and others.
The people where never going to be given the front line truth. People winning the game have no desire to disrupt the game. Nothing was stolen from you. It was given and rationed to you.

The minute people can Star Trek teleport, transcend dimensions, zoom away in shuttles or realize there's life absolutely everywhere in all of the dust in all climes, then the game is over.
