First off, the whole news post about us being in VP was nothing more than a joke. TMO / TR tension was high last week and we thought it would be funny to dig the knife a little deeper (all in good fun). Did we expect you (Uthgaard) to get mad about it? No. Did we expect some of the people on the server to think we had some sort of insider info on VP? Yes (that's the joke). We're well aware people think TR is littered with GM's and dev's, hence why it was easy to convince people.

Don't try to tell me that I jeopardized my account because of a joke that didn't bring any harm to the server. You're threatening my account status over something that was posted outside Project1999.org. I don't see how a joke of this nature could result in suspension/banning. There was nothing offensive written about you, the dev staff, or the server. It was just a few screenshots. We never started the favoritism conspiracy rumors nor do we care for them, but they're sure as shit funny. You did however broadcast something as Daltheb once. Again, feeding the rumor of "gm favoritism". I bet a few people online that night actually thought Uthgaard = Daltheb. Why was that acceptable but trolling people with a news update about being in VP isn't? What about spawning a fake Trakanon waking up 80 people from both TMO/DA and TR? That may have been funny, but at whose expense?

I know you have your job cut out for you being a dev on this server and I know it's not easy. I respect the work you've done and continue to do, but if public image is something you care about you're doing it all wrong.



Threatening someones account publicly over a post made outside Project1999 or having personal quarrels with a former dev in Rants and Flames isn't exactly going to put you in high regard. Being a GM/Dev on this server makes you a big part of the “server's image”.


I don't know why people are trying to call out Xzerion. What does he have to do with this? He always puts the server first. He doesn't control what I post on the news page. Aside from that, it was a joke get over it. You want people to stop with the GM conspiracy bullshit make it clear that GM's do not favor any one person and/or guild on this server. I know all GM's are neutral and don't pick sides but maybe the rest of the server should wake up and see that there's no GM favoritism.


We wanted to have some laughs and and we got what we asked for. This thread could have been completely avoided if you just 1) deleted the post or 2) contacted me asking me to remove the news post. Honestly anyone with half a brain would know it's fake. I'm sorry were being harassed by idiots.
