idk bout you guys but I remember in the 80s all the tv commercials about joining a reale state class, or buying videos, to learn
the secret trick to making money in real estate!
all these testimonials of like, poor people with big fat checks in their hands. "In the first year after my program, I made $150,000." "I made 50,000 after 1 year of this amazing course."
And then I remember over time people sharing the secret, and it becoming a non secret, and realizing the secret was: buy a shity house paint it then sell it!
Then we had the next 20 years of huge growth and then the housing market collapsed.
Now we're here. Wonder what happens next!
