Back down to 224lb tho (still about 60 overweight). Goal weight is a thiccly muscled 160 without being an anorexic with 0.5% body fat like last time again.
Probiotics. Cut sugar. Add fiber. Cut cooked oils sauté and fried food. Cut red and processed meats like bacon and sausage as much as possible. Eat whole foods. Get fat from free range animals.
