Was there a 2nd nerf for archery after last patch? At 60 ranger with over 1300 attack, im doing like 1/5th the dmg i was before even after last patch

13 dmg bow + 3 dmg arrow = normal hit of 16

40 dmg bow +3 dmg arrow =11dmg -100ish dmg

all on deep green mobs

double dmg when mobs arnt moving seems to be not working very well ether

ether way i do as much dmg as a damn level 20 warrior with a bow now ;0 great
