My chest has always been naturally big, so to tell ya the truth I did a body re-composition where I completely stopped lifting chest (other than some light cable stuff for definition) for weeks at a time to make it atrophy, and switched up to doing shoulders and upper back 3x/week instead of 2x. Wanted chest to come down and shoulders to come up. Took a few months but much more proportional now
I honestly only bench like 1 set every 2-3 weeks. If someone saw me and was like “lookin jacked, how much you bench bro?” I’d have to tell the truth, maybe 2 plates on each side for like 3 reps. Maybe. I have a progressive (only liberal I ever met who lifts) co-worker who is just a weekend warrior going to the gym only 1 day a week on the weekend who can bench more than me. I just can’t go hard on chest or gets stupid big, not aesthetic
The tan is easy enough I just have to take the shirt off when hiking. Have a good farmers tan but need to get an all over for summer I agree
