This means that she technically doesn’t know if she is a woman. Therefore she shouldn’t have been eligible for the “black, female” requirement. If she doesn’t know what a woman is, and has a higher education level than Joe Biden, then he also shouldn’t be qualified to pick a woman for the Supreme Court
Also, if the Supreme Court cannot determine what a woman is, then all women-centered legal programs should be thrown out
This is getting really funny. Watch the dictionary and scientific community rush to change 1000+ years of science ahead of the upcoming debates. They have a time limit to do it, because “what is a woman?” is for sure going to come up as a debate question
