I was just thinking of a way they could subsodize the healing power of a cleric, without giving them a new heal spell, if they were constantly healing the group, maybe that would make up for targeted heals by a cleric, somehow try to balance them so it feels about the same during normal play, while not changing the way the paladin class plays "melee tank!"
