Your confusing Kindness with weakness and empathy with irrationality. If I'm holding a gun and an alligator is charging at me, I'm going to shoot. I'm not going to hesitate and consider the alligators feelings solely because I'm an empath.

Sociopaths use the reptilian side of the brain, they are more like alligators than people, leaving them free to walk around and harm everyone they come in contact with is irrational madness, sure it's great for the sociopath but not for moral people that contribute to society.

Yes I'd rather they die than harm innocents, just like I think it was right for the soldiers in WW2 to shoot nazi's.

Empaths have a hard time using ranged weapons.
