Yep. They should have never disarmed.
Now, no nation on earth will even consider disarming, and other nations/rogue actors, will pursue nuclear armaments with greater intensity.
The Ukraine situation has just confirmed to the whole world that nuclear weapons are the only guarantee to national sovereignty. North Korea and Iran are probably quadrupling their efforts.
