This is sad: many years ago Loramin leveled to 60 in HS basement [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I even wrote up a mini-guide for it: https://wiki.project1999.com/Charasis_Basemement

It absolutely should be a viable (albeit challenging) solo spot.
