1. It's like the Colonial Pipeline gas shortage as a result of cyberattack by hackers had nothing to do with gas prices for the next few years (or early in the year hike). Or the threat of Russia taking Ukraine doesn't inch up the price of oil.. Anytime any oil exporting country pushes this; OPEC takes it as a sign to up prices.
