Haha, no, they're just getting their society back in order sooner, so they can get back to having inferior medical treatment that takes longer to get, but is cheaper. It's almost like healthcare, like the covid response or the response to any disease or any emergent issue of any kind is a cost/benefit analysis, which is what conservatives have been saying all along.
