Have people park, maybe do a HoT the night before and park everyone there.
Literally you need one person to track the mob. It's not that hard, many of these guilds have hundreds of active/semi active players. Especially if you offer incentive, whatever you decide.
When it spawns, send out the bat phone. If it's late as shit, it's late as shit, you can shut it down whenever you want. Hell, you can do HoT while waiting in window you just need to zone out and back in to go for it.
IDK. Seems pretty fair and open. And it's pretty close to how it would be in live on a lot of servers in era i'm guessing... so if you're not going to compete for these mobs, please do not complain otherwise. I'm not even being a dick, but if your guild is uninterested to chill in tov for hours, you really don't care about raiding. AND THATS COOL.

We will get like 30-40 on weeknights between like 5pm-10pm. Maybe a few more on weekends. Its not really worth trying to compete in places like north with those numbers for only those hours vs 150 players 24/7 guild. Lots of wasted time for most of the time not getting the kills. Its worth it to have a life outside of computers though and also not be a huge zerg.
