If we become harmonious with the eternal love of god and stop lusting after short term high of lust and sin, then the problems solve themselves.
But if we keep lusting and sinning, we require a control mechanic to regulate the flow of society so that it can be governed.
Stopping lust, is something we must do alone.
Eugenics is a solution we must do to others.
Overpopulation is a myth. Making babies isn't bad. An accident is happy. The problem is we think it's an accident, and a problem.
