Last time I did the math was like 2016, but only 0.63% of gun violence (the plump the number with suicide, which accounts for like 60%, was involving legally owned guns in commission of a crime I. E. Unjustified killings, robbery etc.

In fact, you’ll find that areas like Baltimore where guns are not permitted (with extremely specific exception) have the highest gun related violence rates. All gun control laws do is disarm people that can responsibly own them. Thugs don’t get guns from gun stores, and don’t do background checks.
