Biden today approved of a minor incursion of the Ukraine. Well he didn't say you can have a minor incursion, but he did say that if Russia invades the Ukraine there will be a powerful response, but if it's a minor incursion....ehh...not so much. No, wait. What he literally said was that if it's a minor incursion we're all going to argue what to do about it. He told Putin that we have one plan but if he does the other thing, we don't have a plan. We will squabble.
