Enchanter charm question
Hey just a quick question that I'm sure has been asked somewhere in here before. I'm lvl 33 currently sitting at 191 charisma and cannot charm and of the hills with brown fur only the white fur coloured ones that can back stab. Just wondering during do I need to be at 200 or above to charm these guy's?
