Answer, not a thing. They listen to him until mob rule takes over and the normal peeps loose their shit amd do stuff theyd never do, like tour peacfully and stuff.
While the tour was happening to interrupt proceedings he did jack shit to stop it. People for some reason listen to him, but he did nothing.
