FV rules. Mischief randomization loot + quest items. 0.01٪ drop rate and exp. Nerf any stats over +15 to classic power levels. Hide all stats and experience bars. Hide raw hp #s.
Reimplement stamina.
Make some mobs immune to snare, or root, or charm or mez randomishly. Make high level dark blues resist as if light reds or +5 all resist levels. Slightly decrease exp mob hp. Slightly buff named hp and add +3 more resistance to them.
Reduce all slows and haste.
Make ac and agility Slightly more effective. More for AC. Hide ac along with all other item stats obviously.
Add in more class gear with stuff like +5 stats and "classic good" weapon ratios. Delete velious ratios.
