Also, preparing for the full doesn’t necessarily mean running a full while training, it doesn’t have to be that bad
The furthest I ever ran in preparation for the half was 9 miles in a stretch, while the half is 13.2ish. So for a full, I think if you ran 70-75% of it comfortably in training, then you are ready
