It was pretty sudden tbh, I woke up at like 5am and had the worst back pain ever. Nothing I tried could settle it, tried taking a hot shower, stretching, after about 20 minutes I couldn't sit still because the pain felt like I was about to explode. When I started to feel the tingle in my arms I knew it was a heart attack and took some aspirin while calling an ambulance.

The pain I was feeling was the arteries near my heart stretching due to the blockage I had developed. Thankfully my quick reactions saved me from any life threatening damages, got me to quit smoking and cut back on my caffeine intake dramatically too.

Shit i probably had like 20 of these this year.
