Sullon Zek was the largest server on EQ. YES, more pop than any blue server ever had.
But the playerbase began to drop when 10 players duped millions of plat, RMT'd every peace of gear and bought the insane speed horses. They were all using ShowEQ as well.
The guild Vengeance enabled the entire Evil team to farm uncontested, until the power gap was too large.
I had to get the Head GM Grizzlewoth to shadow me fighting Kirban on Speedd to prove he was using ShowEQ and get his ass banned.
Same thing happened here, 10 cheaters the GM's ignored ran off the playerbase and they are all still here waiting to do it again the moment you reset.
