Make sure you're not using your forum account. You have to make a game account. On the main forum page, on the peft look for "Account System" then "loginaccount" and click "create account". If you already did all that you might've typed your password in wrong. I know if i type to dast i sometimes type it wrong. If it still doesn't work let me know, I'll be happy to help trouble shoot
