The less sugar you have (and bread breaks down into sugar basically), the less sugar you’ll crave. And vice versa
I have to keep reminding myself of this. Just need to go through a sugar detox and get through the woods depriving myself of it, and it will get much, much easier to resist
It’s just been really hard with everyone’s holiday baked pastries paraded in front of me for the past week :/
