Get some people to turn in the discord book? You realize red99 would basically be a copy of p99 but with pvp enabled, so the best place to start when testing would be on p99.

He's actually got a point...
If everyone went to p99 and turned in books, it'd just kinda be like harry potter living in an alternate universe while regular folks did their thing obliviously.
Only draw back is I'm sure there'd be people who'd lvl to max lvl before turning in their books, but then that'd be shit talk ammo.
Alot of us have chars there already anyways.
