For me, it was:
1) Worked/Reinforced/Peerless/Matchless Dragon Armor- the dark teal chain that dropped off WW dragons.
2) Netted Kelp from Siren's Grotto- casters with full leather graphic. Sex on a sex boat.
3) Eyepatch of Plunder- one of the most rewarding quests in the game.
