Noble? Just confused and curious. Looked dodgy as hell, and nobody responded when I asked.

I didn't who "they" were, or why it was happening, which i now do. Didn't know it was common practice, do now. Case closed. I've already acknowledged I chose a poor venue for this, but flame on if you like.
