Should be ashamed to post that picture. You're considered dispensable when your work place is asking you to come into the office during a pandemic, vaccinated or not. I mean if he works in finance it’s probably the opposite. Senior people are considered to need to be in the office because of how important their jobs are. Back office people can still work from home a decent amount of time because they are not as important.
