Enc / Dru is better if both really know what they are doing. You have way more damage and utility. Sure you don't have complete heal, but it's not necessary when you have snare and understand blur mechanics.
Enc / Clr is more beginner friendly and has a ton of room for error, making it seem better.
Both are good, but druids are better 100%.
