Get bound by a druid ring, /tell high lvl dial a port and request ride to surefall. Get sow and thorns on land. Run to bb, tag a mob up top and jump off into the waterfall pit. Stand on edge and wait for them to come down, tag as many as you can before dying.

You also need to do at least 1 damage to each mob, but otherwise that's a great budget PLing solution
