I remember on live because ppl had these 'sub-optimal' items on perma farm and floating around in mules longer than they had dragons on perma farm there was a ton more of these things in the economy than those 50/40 +100 hp +15 all resist procs stun, root, slow, regen, mr debuff, avatar, and blind simultaneously items.
