The first Human Q was some 1 episode blonde intern chick. (Ep. True Q) Or we could say Riker was the first human Q, as he was temporarily imbued with Q powers as, I guess some sort of test from Q. (Ep. Hide and Q)
Wesley is crushed on by some entity known as, "The Traveler" who then later comes back and takes the boy on some... who knows what...
