If you don't want to deal with bugs don't play eqemu first off. Second, you got social aggro, a NPC was scowling/threatening and the rest came to assist. You were a race in a not so welcome city to be in and faction got you. If you expect a new server to be perfect that is really amusing because I have seen professional MMO's start out in worse shape (see AoC).

I got social aggro from a mob that conned amiable Image. I've explained this to you a million times. The bug also happened again with the Dragoons in Lfay; it was a very commonly occurring bug that you never fixed (and apparently, refuse to even acknowledge!).
If you're going to have some confusing faction system it should at least be consistent with what /con tells you!
