Hard capped in code?
Just a question why some classes seem hard capped at 200 or 210 from levels 45-50?
I have noticed no increase in 1hs, 1hb, 2hs, offense, defense, double attack. The ones ive noticed anyhow.
Why is this that its already hard to lvl at those lvls but now your skills cant increase ?
