if TSS decides they want to punish Vanquish, Riot and Kitties, they could just leave Vulak up and if GMs arent merciful with a quake, it could be months without any of them getting Vulak. If they want some new rules put in, nows their time to bargain for 'em.

If TSS/AEGIS did this, wonder how long until addendum #2: Vanq is no longer suspended, riot and Kittens concede 3 Vulaks, Knights who say ni gets Nay Vulak, TSS and AEGIS concedes next two NTOV spawns, Dial A Port concedes 2 Vulaks + KT
