I think he was describing himself actually, but it's a brilliant image. It was the hand pulling away from the other hand, sort of like "always almost there for you". He has described this as "baseball" etc. He's deliberately abusive and gaslighty "for the lulz". At least that's what I've gotten from my earnest attempts to decipher his broken communication.
