How do you know? Military intel is wrong all the time, (see: biden blowing up a family while leaving afghanistan). For him to have lied he had to have known it was bunk. Unless you can read minds I don't know of any evidence that he knowingly lied about it.
And again it was already established policy (by democrats no less) that we were going to get rid of saddam, which we did. The WMD thing was just tacked on because of heightened security concerns after 911.
