I didn't give a shit about the queues because even though it's Amazon and they should be able fix it, it's almost a given for any MMO launch. Hell, Blizzard still has issues with game / expansion launches from time to time and they should be pros at this point.
My issue came Friday, when I decided to login to play with my non-elf pals on Mag Mell, and decided to remake my character because she looked like a total derper on the character select page. After deleting, I found they had locked about half of the US West servers. Since it seems to be based off number of characters created instead of current population, it's been locked since then. I have 10+ friends on that server, so it's not like they can all just transfer to a different server without someone already having ties on the current.
So I currently can't play, nor can I refund since I've apparently spent 4 hours on the initial queue and also just from number of attempts of seeing if the server was available yet. At this point, I'd love to sit in queue if it meant I could actually play at some point.
