What I think is that it is highly likely beyond a reasonable doubt that other organic life exists elsewhere in what we define as the universe, somewhere around one or more of all those stars, but unlikely that anything has visited us or even can within reason. The types of life we would recognize on our particular scale can't easily travel around with our constraints of space and time, but its always possible the universe is one little drop in something even bigger that has a larger way of working, living, or meaning, but it would be too far in the outer existence for us to care much.. but on our scale, i'd say, probably, but unlikely to meet.
