Im currently playing wizard on green lvl 45 atm. I havnt noticed any resists too much on my spells. Even while quadding in OT i think i was a couple of levels lower maybe 41 , but i could snare 4 mobs without a single resist and nuke them down with hardly any resist at all. Maybe u need a few more lvls for the mob your fighting or they have higher resists i dunno. Also i have 198 Int not sure though if that matters.
