I suppose his books where creepy. Like definitely not light reading or SJW friendly and PC. I should reread them with a critical eye now.

I don't really remember what happened from book 4-whatever), but the ending pissed me off so bad. The good guys are supposed to win, not perform some shitty deus ex machina avoiding the final battle at all.
