I meant I bet Sweden’s welfare programs are much better than ours. I think ours is a holdover from like 1960. And our socialized medicine doesn’t cover everyone, just the poor and old
But sure fundamentally we have the same kind of systems
Edit: and the reason Sweden was able to implement theirs was due to a booming capitalistic economy at the time. Ours now is not in the same position as theirs was then
