I'd like to see someone like The Rock or Larry Wheels try a difficult ninja warrior course. They could probably brute strength through a lot of it, but their high body weight is going to be holding them back a ton (no pun intended). They would never be the best at it
I've done this famous course in flagstaff (it scales up in difficulty with the Black color course as the most difficult, similar to black diamond skiing), and I found it EXTREMELY challenging at 220lbs. People who were lighter but still tone seemed to be having a much easier time. This video is paused during one of the parts of the black course (this is not my video)
