u can fix this with jesus, eating right, genetic manipulation and exercise imo (the arch thing)
maybe its 2 late for u but i had similair problems, but i fixed it and superceded my limitations ages ago (could run miles in heals nps)
the worst part of having a limitation is belieiving in it being unchangeable and immutable and at some point it does lock in but most people before their 20's can change everything about themselves as much as they want with the right energy and intentions and a lot of the mass media and bullshit out there is to decieve people and lock them in and sell them solutions when all they had to do was stand outside in t he sun and worship
