They track you non-stop. You cannot hide behind anon or roleplay because there's a bug that briefly shows your location while you log in or zone, and these people are unrelenting.

There's nothing like trying to find an XP spot only to have a 60 druid show up and teleport on top of you and start dotting you.

Or a delevelled rog shows up with a literal raid behind him to keep him buffed and healed and runed so that you cannot even touch him, and his raid is out of level range, so you can't touch them, either.
This is not an accurate representation of Red and that bug you speak of doesn't happen much. I leveled 3 characters there, across different eras. Never had this kind of issue, especially that ridiculous thing about a de-leveled rogue with a raid behind him. A raid might be passing through a certain area together, but they weren't actively going to random zones with everyone and sitting around on a low level character to kill a random lowbie. The level 60 druid thing, you would have to be at least level 56 for them to hit you. Which is normal PvP. You definitely wouldn't be getting tracked down constantly or anything like that, unless you were in a hated guild or did something awful that would make someone want to do that to you.

Boring or not is not the metric involved. Successfully killing raid targets is the metric called out, and red has a sever lacking in this.

Oh, that explains why you have no idea what's going on.
No the server isn't lacking in that. Raids were constantly happening even when the population dipped down. Again, north ToV is hardly the only raid to do in the game.

You're the one who doesn't seem to have any idea what's going on, when did you play the server? It hasn't been that long since I last popped in to play and there's no reason things would suddenly be completely different. The population tracker for the server shows enough are logging on for a raid and at this point in the server's lifespan there's not going to be griefers just sitting around everywhere doing nothing but going after helpless individuals, as you've tried to twist the narrative.

But eventually you get into your 50s and realise the only way to play is to keep pressing /who to stay on alert from being ganked by some rando, and it becomes too annoying so you just quit back to blue where you can actually play the game.
"Playing the game" is not supposed to be sitting in 1 spot like a fucking potato. The danger of possible PvP makes you pay attention to your surroundings more, yes. So what? That makes the game more interesting and is what the game is supposed to actually be like. Unless you're in spot that's popularly contested, then you really won't see hardly any PvP anyway. You get to level faster and have tons of camps available, it easily offsets the very occasional time you might have to actually move if you don't want to engage in PvP.
