This is a noble goal. What steps have you taken so far?
Once piece of advice that I have read for dietary changes is to start a small ritual, like praying before a meal. It can be secular ofc like simply taking the time to be thankful for the food you are about to eat, right before you eat it. Maybe something to consider.
