That's actually a common westerner misunderstanding. Actually the only religion that predicts the end of days would be in any of the apostles lifetime is Christianity.
Only the new testament says it will truly be in the lifetime of the apostles.
It's not exactly like a hot take to say that doomers are wrong btw.
