Nah, not crazy like in schizophrenia crazy. Having your dopamine level in your brain be very off due to schizophrenia happens at a very low rate no matter what region you live, it’s like less than 2% of the world

Are there mentally vulnerable people targeted? Oh FOR SURE. Low IQ, maybe someone the leaders see as easy to manipulate. Younger people, frustrated people. Easy targets
