Star question mate, what could Biden have done about this natural disaster other than what he did, setting up area's with food, water and shelter area's at checkpoints?

I understand that these 1000 year flood events are becoming more frequent and he needs to take more climate action but what would you suggest?

Currently there is no Republican that will support green based infrastructure which would address this issue as well as create a better damm system (Ours are extremely outdated ex when damm gave last major giant flood in Louisiana.)

Please keep in mind this is after Republican led legislatures are not funding their own infrastructure improvements to stop flooding in their own states like what we are seeing now through better aquatic infrastructure

I really want more bold action myself, but how?
